download a midi to your computer.....
upload the .mid file to your home page, file manager...
once its in your file manager...RIGHT click on the file go to PROPERTIES and get the address of the .mid file

just below the pages code for BACKGROUND....
the first part of the BODY of the page... put this code....(remember to take the dots out from next to every bracket-->.>)

if you use a WAV file just change .mid to .WAV
